The early childhood education (ECE) is one of the most demanding fields, and educators face emotional, physical, and mental stress on a daily basis. The high demands of meeting the needs of young children, creating a classroom environment, and engaging with families have led to a very high rate of burnout in the ECE field.

"Sip'n Paint" is a workshop designed to help early childhood educators value their well-being through mindfulness. The event provides a moment to relax, re-energize, and socialize with like-minded peers in a peaceful environment. Participants can enjoy wine and paint on unglazed pottery and stoneware, relaxing and creative at the same time.
